Mission

Through a unified AI teaching workflow — initial assessment, AI tutor sessions, daily practice, mistake re-test, three-in-a-row mastery, weekly retest, and learning-quality scoring — we make high-quality AI education affordable and effective for every student, and we open this capability to independently operated Smart entities and partner institutions.

Vision

To be the core technology platform and IP holder of AI education. SmartSAT, SmartNCT, SmartRealEstate, SmartInsurance, and future TOEFL/IELTS and GRE/GMAT modules all grow independently on top of one shared AI workflow, together building a trusted learning ecosystem for students, parents, teachers, institutions, and communities.

The principles we hold

  1. Student privacy and minor-data protection come first: all learning-behavior data must be encrypted, de-identified, authorized, and access-controlled.

  2. Learning quality outranks growth metrics: we measure real progress through weekly retests and a learning-quality score.

  3. Original content and copyright compliance: every question, explanation, and course is original, licensed, or fully compliant with applicable law.

  4. Independent Smart entities on a shared AI workflow: each Smart module operates and accounts for itself, while sharing one teaching methodology and one platform.

  5. We assist, we do not replace: in immigration, legal, medical, or financial contexts, our products are study aids — they are not professional advice.
